The first phase for the client was the rear hardscape and deck renovation. The paver patio was installed using Outdoor Living by Belgard Holland Stone in Fossil Biege with a border course in Roman blend. The seat wall and firepit were constructed using Belgard Belair wall in Bella blend. New deck boards were installed - Fiberon Composite Decking Horizon series in Ipe color. A waterproof barrier and drainage system was installed under deck boards. Project was completed with steppers, lights, and plants.
