There are three temple at the far end of the Sacred Monkey Forest
Besides watching playful monkeys in their natural habitat, swinging through canopies, lazing along pathways or feeding on bananas and sweet potato, the delightfully wooded grounds of the Sacred Monkey Forest in Ubud, Bali offers cool walks along paved pathways through a leafy nutmeg forest. Beautiful ancient temples with guardian statues covered in moss also feature throughout the forest. These thre temples, partially visible here, several holy sites related to the Balinese Hindu beliefs about life, death and reincarnation. And as with all other temples in Bali, entry is restricted to Balinese locals and people dressed in ethnic prayer attire. The gap between the pair of stone monkeys appears to be another of the ticketed entrance gates at the far end of the park.(Bali, Indonesia, May 2018)
