Hiking Landmannalaugar Valley, Iceland (5)

It is true that the weather in Iceland changes about every 35 minutes. In this 5th image from our excursion through part of the beautiful Landmannalaugar Valley we are crossing through a very geologically active area, with sulfur-rich steam venting from the ground. At this particular moment the sky was heavily overcast and it was raining. Some of our workshop group can be seen walking through the area.

This highly recommended workshop tour was organized by Martin Bailey, a well known nature and landscape photographer and photography podcaster. Additional information on his Iceland tours can be found at: www.martinbaileyphotography.com/iceland-tour-workshop-2015/
