RUNNING
So I bought running shoes, and I've run twice now. Some days it's just too dang cold to ride, and really, it's a freaking jungle out there when biking, so some days I'd like the option of running.
My first day out I jogged 5.5 miles then was in pain walking up stairs for three days (thankfully I work at home and don't need to climb subway steps!)
Today I went out with Lydia after lunch and jogged for 30 minutes. Worked up a nice sweat then walked my shinsplints were jsut too much.
I can't wait to get doing more, but don't worry, I won't be doing 5.5 anytime soon! Haha
