Engulfed....

strong winds were blowing the clouds down into the city one early morning and the city looked like it was up in smokes from a distance....after this shot, i went straight into the heart of the city and was pretty amazed that everytime the strong winds blew the clouds down into the city, the streets would look like there was a thick fog and then would lift up as the wind died down.....pls.
