At the moment the german government is leading discussions about religios circumcisions. In germany we have religious freedom, but on the other hand we have a consitution which ensures the physical integrity for everybody. That's why I cannot understand the discussion. Even dogs are protected by our animal protection act against ear cropping and tail docking.

So in my mind it wouldn't be allowed to circumcise little boys little tails ;-).
