Drone Fly ??

Hi guys !

 

Here's a fly, name of it I am uncertain, so help would be appreciated !

 

I found it in some water and so lifted him out, wary as I thought it was a Bee at first...

 

It also looks very much like a Hoverfly too though :/ Not sure !
