The lens matrix

Hi guys !

 

Here's the first fly of 2013 and first 20x close up of its compound eye :-)

I found this fly dead in the hallway outside my room and got it in the freezer to make sure it was completely gone for a 4 and 20x photoshoot.

 

I got some other photos I will share soon too, playing around with lighting and such to get it perfect.

This 20x isn't great in all fairness giving me some grief to handle in photoshop, though not exceedingly impossible to correct.
