Silver Fishy
Hi guys !
Been a while since I got time to do any Micro work recently so decided to get back to it with these small Silver fish, as they are known, which are all over the flat.
They have a strange appearance, the moth like surface look like scales of a fish, hence the name I suppose.
Their diet consists mainly of Starches/sugar strange enough as they don't seem to have any normal mouth parts... Unless they suck sap etc...
This was a 200 image stack so took a while to get, the white surface made it very hard indeed as I kept getting over exposure and light reflecting into the Lens also degraded image quality unfortunately.

Have a great week all !
