Hi guys !!
Been a hard weekend, working to earn some money for freshers in a few weeks. Still, I managed to get things sorted and in the meantime found this old squashed expired wasp outside on the floor.
The great thing about stacking is the fact you can make great use of dead insects no matter what state !
This was a quick stack of 80 images at 2x with the 4x objective.
I set him up and ensured I got the whole head in - no crop :)
Those jaws really drag me into this image - if they don't sting ya they'll get you with those jaws, so run !
More to come soon and hopefully I'll keep things interesting, maybe a srpingtail stack this week after all the weeks of trying to find one.
