Vine Weevil
Hey all!
It's been a while since my last upload due to being quite busy with school work etc.
Just thought i would upload this stack i got today of a small Weevil i found in the back.
It was in total 131 exposures stacked through Zerene in Pmax.
Lighting was a task with him but i found 5 second exposures and 1/16th flash gave the best results.
It took trial and error to figure that out of around 3 hours work in total.
I will hopefully soon have a few pictures of my new setup, a stacking rail thingy built from a cd drive, being pulled along by a small motor i bought and all put together by my mate since i hadn't a clue what to do.
Above pic was taken with the Canon 550D.
28mm FD lens on Bellows.
AFD 360 flash overhead diffused with tissue paper.
Background is top of Play Doh box.
Comments are appreciated as always, hope to have more up soon and hope to buy or win a flash at some point to get the setup to what i want it.
