Images from the DuPont Mine, Gravel Chute and Barge Offload on the Puget Sound Nearshore. Cal Portland's permit allows them to extract up to 33,000 tons of gravel each day from our community. Operations commenced in 1997. They hope to expand to roughly 710 acres and continue operation for decades to come.
