[138/365] Handmade

Yesterday I was talking with my boss's boss (my grandboss?) about knitting and general craftiness. His wife is a knitter and he builds cars and is generally handy, so he "gets" it. He asked what I was wearing that was handmade and I had to admit I wasn't wearing anything - well, aside from a hat and fingerless mitts. But nothing for my daily work attire. I made a resolution at that moment to wear something handmade each day, other than winter weather accessories because those are a given. It's not a formal resolution, more something to add to my morning thought process (which is slow enough as is!)

 

My handmade item for today? My necklace. (and hat, but that doesn't count)

 

A few side notes -

I'm loving that the sun is hanging around longer these days! Makes for good after work lighting.

I kept my outdoor wear on for this pic because I'm loving the color combo.

Apparently, I'm extra lovey today!
