Roland TR 909 Drum Machine

Photographic study of one of the two most famous Roland drum machines (808 being other). From it's release in the mid '80s, the sounds on this box can still be found in today's club and radio hits. It's kick, snare and open hat sounds are signature. It's warmth legendary. For me, it's a perfect machine with a form to match.
