Lake of the Clouds

Even though the colors were past peak, it was still quite the colorful view!

 

We had the entire viewing area to ourselves that morning, which we considered very lucky. It’s one of the most photographed spots in Michigan (for good reason!) and at times there are long waits to even park in the parking lot.
