Compact City theme

I have a problem with looking at the same thing for longer periods of time so I keep changing my desktop themes even though I'm usually pretty happy with how things turn out, they keep me productive and are simple and neat to look at (imo) but it sort of gets a bit dull when I've looked at the same thing for around 3-4 weeks so here is my current setup as of March 2012:

A simple, rather compact, top bar theme with some shortcuts, simple system monitoring and quick shortcuts to some programs that don't show up via Launchy (invisible when I don't need it ;) )

The top bar look consists of some Omnimo "text items" via the add-on "Windows 8 Sidebar", which is downloadable as an add-on from the official Omnimo site. You can get another top bar skin from Enigma by ~Kaelri as well, but it is not as black as the one in Omnimo, which matches the shortcut skin from UiXX by ~Albinozz better.

The items on the top bar are a mix of Enigma and Omnimo Windows 8 Sidebar skins but I think each theme pack includes the same items so I guess you can choose whichever you like the most (they're mostly identical anyway).

The wallpaper here is called Perfect City which I think matches well with the compact theme since the perfect city for me is one where everything is conveniently placed and easily accessible :P

So there you have it, a fairly simple-to-set-up Rainmeter+Launchy theme, I hope you like it :)

I've filmed and edited a video for your ease and pleasure if you want a visual walkthrough on how to replicate my combination of skins, hope it helps somebody ^_^
