At A Loss for Words

While wandering an antique store this evening, I came across a case of old lead movable type. Different faces and sizes were all loaded in together, setting my logophile heart aflutter. I was particularly amused after the fact to find the "SOS" in the bottom of the image. (And yes, the letters are backwards. They have to be that way to leave the correct image on paper when you print with them.)
