Yep, it's "that tunnel" again, but this time from the outside. If you're thinking off popping down to Canary Wharf to photograph it then I recommend any time after 8pm on a Saturday as it's quiet enough to get photos with nobody in them, but there's also enough people to get some with them in, if you know what I mean!
