F-8 Crusader, USS Midway
F-8 Crusader on the flight deck of the USS Midway. Over-the-top HDR, but I wanted to give it a dramatic effect. This was my first time to the Midway Museum... I think I will do a better job with my composition the next time. I was very limited as the meter was running, and I only had enough coins to buy me an hour and a half. I'm not only cheap, but very much a maroon! LoL. Oh, and I think the F-8 is a pretty sick jet!
The Crusader was the Navy's first supersonic fighter and was especially effective against enemy MiGs in Vietnam.
