The Vermont House at Shelburne Museum; Shelburne, VT. Originally constructed in the 1790's in Shelburne by Asa R. Slocumb as a log cabin, then changed to a clapboard exterior. "Reconstructed" by the museum in 1950, with historic materials taken from various buildings, including a new stone facade taken from a demolished gristmill, in what the museum describes as a "conjectural restoration".
