Taken on a walk around the block this afternoon. I have the autumn cold - cough, cough, cough. So instead of the gym I elected for a very slow walk. Half way around the block I thought it was a bad idea... too late now. I took a few pictues along the way partly just to catch my breath.
How lucky am I that this is just a temporary state caused by a bug. Having a respitory disease must be awful!
