Painting for Thienhuong 029

I'm still struggling with the lotus flower in this painting. Tonight I got a little bolder with it and the lanterns. While initially that makes me quite uncomfortable I can see that strong decisions are the only way I am going to progress that last 20% to the completion.

 

I only wish that the last 20% took only 20% of the time...!
