Beginning Extension

I enjoyed "extending" one of my previous pieces, so I thought I would past this on a larger surface and start to integrate the elements.

 

Pen has been added in certain areas and I'm starting to build up a background. I mostly work the other way around - background first...

 

The colour mixing is burnt sienna, raw sienna, ultramarine and white.
