Test Crepe -- Strawberries and Creme

This friday is the Stockton LITT program's annual bash -- a get together where all the LITT faculty cook food for our students and hand out awards. This year I'm going to cook crepes with my snazzy crepe maker. Tonight I did a little test run with three fillings -- apples and cinnamon, jambon et fromage, and strawberries and whipped cream. Mmmm.
