Epiphone sc 450 on the left, sc 350 on the right. The 450 has a set neck with a coil tap, maple body and neck, sperzel non locking tuners, and a velvet hammer p/u in the bridge position. The 350 is mahogany body with bolt on maple neck, planet waves autotrim tuners, DiMarzio p/u's and a tuneomatic bridge. The sc 350 is the newbie, I've had the 450 since 1992.
