User Interface Trouble

The Post Office is in trouble, and here's why. No one is looking after the little things. There is no one whose job it is to fix ridiculous situations like the above example from the Atlantic Station in Brooklyn. Confusion, poor design, and simply not-giving-a-fuck aren't making the consumer any more confident. No wonder they're going tits up.
