This Vulcan, XM570 starts his goaround at Scampton a few years ago. It went for scrap at St.Athan in 1982. Judging by the smoke, it looks like at least one of the right side engines is at idle, if not both. Asymmetric approach followed by asymmetric G/A.
Normal IFR work, but I'd be stowing the airbrakes....
