SWD Transport
Last of the Season
GBRf's 66746 is seen just North of Blackford with the Royal Scostman stock and 66743 in tow. The train was running as 5Z41 from Hamilton to Gleneagles for the last tour of the 2019 season.
This extra tour will see the luxury train and it's passengers visit Keith, Inverness, Invergordon, Kyle of Lochalsh, Boat of Garten and Dundee before finishing up in Perth on Thursday. The train will then run to Craigentinny before either running South or to E.G. Steele's in Hamilton to await either onward movement or be stabled until next year.
The 2020 season will begin on the 3rd of April with tickets for the first tour on sale for the small amount of £3,600 per passenger, though it's already fully booked.
