I had a free pass to the MCA, so I checked out their Buckminster Fuller exhibit this afternoon. Buckminster Fuller was a pretty interesting guy. He had ideas such as putting a transparent dome over Manhattan to save on snow removal costs and creating a floating city in the San Francisco Bay so that the land could be used for agriculture. He also designed a flying car. Definitely a pretty interesting dude.
Of course, I had to get the quintessential shot of the MCA stairs. If I ever move away from Chicago, I'll be glad to have taken this.
