We had a delightful dining experience with Chef Dory and her restaurant in the Oltrarno one evening enjoying her homemade sauces and handmade pastas and ravioli. Eating there felt like being in someones home- an open kitchen, comfortable dining space, (mother) chef playing with and lovingly engaging with her son WHILE preparing all the food for those under her care.
