The Only Constant

The beautiful network of travertine rock formations that forms in Havasu Creek gets blown away every so many years by flash flooding. Sadly I didn't find any exceptionally well formed terraces below Havasu Falls during my visit, but I was able to find these small cascades. In a few years, this area will probably look completely different.
