Silence can Kill
After receiving my new gear I wanted to get a shot in all my 'gear'.
I love the new Manfrotto boom. Its extremely easy to maneuver and adjust. The only hard part is first setting it up. But once you get it balanced and adjusted, its amazingly easy to use and push around.
It came with a 15lb plate to use on the opposite end to balance, and then I ordered two 15lb bags to put on the base.
The new Octabox is HUGE. I like the light it gives off, doesn't matter how high you turn the flash up it still delivers evenly and pretty soft throughout!
I accidentally ordered two of them though, and I called up Paul C Buff and they said I could return it and get a full refund, so that was cool of them.
I got the grid for the Octabox, but haven't opened it yet, I'm sure I could of used it for this shoot though.
