Historic Ahwahnee Hotel
With the cheapest room at $450 a night the Ahwahnee Hotel in Yosemite National Park was too rich for my blood. I did have a good time wandering around it though. I had this idea in my head of taking a nice dusk shot of it with the lights on. What I didn't think about was if it was nice outside there would be people out. So, I had to be patient and wait for the right moment when there wasn't someone right in the middle of my shot, which I thought would never happen as there were some kids playing on the lawn right in front of me. Luckily there was a break in the action which allowed me to take some shots.
