Extremely tranquil and divine. This is a true place of pilgrimage for me. Spirituality and Nature - no hypocrisy.
Beyond the temples lies the road that takes us to the Lipulekh Pass at an elevation of 5100 metres (16800 feet). The Lipulekh Pass is the gateway to Tibet, which lies on the other side of the peaks seen in the background.
We made a yatra (pilgrimage) to the holy land of Mt. Kailash and Manassarovar Lake in Tibet in September 2007. It is only now that I have begun posting pictures from our journey!
