Bananaquit? Nope, this is a Yellow-rumped Tinkerbird.

He's really a cute little guy - only three or four inches from bill to tail, but he didn't stay in one place for very long, so I had to shoot fast and take lots of shots. For some reason, on most of the shots of this bird, my camera turned the eye-stripes yellow and I thought that it was a different species, but I finally decided to go with the Bananaquit. It took a while to figure out how, but I was finally able to correct the eye-stripe color, more or less, in Photoshop. I'll be embarrassed if I see him again and his eye-stripes really are yellow.

Happy Independence Day and/or Canada Day!

[Update] I found out by accident what this bird really is: A Yellow-rumped Tiinkerbird (Pogoniulus bilineatus.) I should have know - I've posted it three times before. :)
