My own discovery:

 

Quick homemade mango pudding

 

Recipe*

 

half a cup of Cottage cheese

one whole Ripened mango sliced/cubed

half a cup of whole milk

sugar as needed

 

blend all in a Blender and serve with sliced mangoes on top =)
