A bunch of us from BPC [Bangalore Photography Club] got a chance to document plays at Rangashankara . Shooting in low light conditions without a tripod or flash was sure a challenge. Not getting to review what we shot after every click (as all of us digital photographers are so much used to :D ) but still produce excellent results was a bigger challenge! Veterans at BPC came to our rescue and gave us invaluable tips. The results, an exciting and a great learning experience.
Specially commissioned by Ranga Shankara, Sadarame is one of Gubbi Veeranna’s most successful productions. It is rich in navarasa and replete with unforgettable characters.
The story revolves around an innocent middle class girl Sadarame. A Prince is attracted to and marries her. What follows is a journey of the innocent Sadarame through the challenges life poses and how she overcomes them through her extraordinary intelligence and application of common sense.
