VG-47-19 MORRIS Minor 1000 series II, 1956

This extraordinairy classiccar I know for some 25 years. On the Wittenkade, very close to the place I came to live in 1987 I discovered this special oldtimer arround 1988 I guess. I was surprised to see such an original car in the streets of Amsterdam and I immediately took some pictures, from the same angles I took them in July 2012. I still cherish these analogue pictures.

Soon after this discovery this car had disappeared until I rediscovered it around 2000 in the same neighbourhood where it is still to be admired today.

Around 2007 when I finally had chosen for digital photography I decided to look for it again (of course not continiously) but I never saw him again until this lucky July 27 so that I can show you it now.

This car is still from the same owner since Aug. 1984!
