UD-36-23 IMPERIAL 4-Door Sedan Automatic 1956
Most of the cars offered were in a relatively good shape. But some 15 cars were in a terrible condition, mostly caused by corrosion. I wonder what the value could be for the potential buyer. Spare parts? Garden object?
Since 1926 Chrysler Corporation used the Imperial series for its larger models. In 1955, Imperial continued as an independent brand without the Chrysler prefix in the name.
This Imperial was designed by Virgil Exner (1909-1973).
Chrysler engines were also used in the bigger French Facel Vega.
This Imperial was one of the cars that was in a very bad condition.
