1979 CHEVROLET Caprice Classic Sedan US-Version

These big Chevrolets were quite popular in NL in the 70s and 80s. They were very useful as a taxi.

Private import from probably the US.

 

5657 cc 8 cylinder engine.

1750 kg.

Production Chevrolet Caprice Series: 1965-1996.

Production Caprice this 3rd gen.: 9/1976-1990.

Production Caprice this version: Late 1978-1979.

Original first reg. number: June 13, 1979.

New Dutch reg. number: July 22, 2008 (still valid, July 2022).

Sold two times after I discovered it. Last time was at Aug. 8, 2021.
