1971 TRABANT P601 S Limousine Garden Wreck

Lots of old Trabants found their way to enthusiast new owners in the West.

In the 1990s hundreds of them arrived here, but not all of them could survive.

 

595 cc 2 cylinder 2-stroke air-cooled engine.

620 kg.

Total production P601: 7/1964-6/1990 (this P601 has 1980-1990 bumpers).

 

Found in the back yard of Oldtimer Garage Langendijk.
