1975 PEGASO Comet 1065 Truck Phase II
Just North of Benavente on the side of Motorway A-6 there is a huge scrap yard complex, with thousands of trucks, vans, cars, sand trucks, cranes, agriculture machinery etc etc. I've never seen such a big area of inactive vehicles.

The Comet-Series got a renewed cabin in 1972.
Together with the pre-1972 Comet-Series and the Tatra 138/148-Series I consider this truck model as one of the most stylish truck designs I know.
This truck series could also been a 1970s Pegaso Europa 1065.
Production Comet Phase II: 1972- .
Original old Spanish reg. number: 1975.
Originally owned and used by Transportes Santos, Benavente, Zamora.
