Iftar

Dinnertime! Everybody gathers at these enormous outdoor cafes, places their order for one of 2 or 3 prix fixe iftar menus, and then waits to pounce on their food as soon as they hear the sunset call to prayer. Our dinner was lentil soup, Coke, tomato and cucumber salad, and chicken kebap with rice. That seemed pretty typical for iftar meals.
