Catherine (B&W Headshot)
This is one of the first headshots I did at work a couple weeks back. I have already shared another shot of Catherine (or Cat as we call her) from that day (www.flickr.com/photos/samuelrussell/6987513497/in/photost...) but this one is a little more professional. Cat works on the marketing team with me and obviously she has a great smile and is very photogenic.
This is shot in the stairwell of our office building where there's lots of natural light and exposed metal beams. I made use of my SB600 in the westcott apollo softbox for filling in the light on her face. I also did some work in photoshop to clean things up a bit and get the look just right. Originally I planned to share the colour version but I really like how the black and white came out so I'm putting this one up!
