Chengdu

From Taiwan, we flew to Chengdu for five days with Peihui's family. Although a huge metropolis (14 million people), Chengdu is known for its relaxed feel and its people taking time to enjoy life (we found its parks, restaurants, tea houses, foot massage parlors and mahjong tables to be packed).
Some highlights include the panda park, the giant Leshan Buddha, dancing at Peoples' Park, excellent food, and fun family time.
