3-wheeled bicycles are used to transport all kinds of things. Here, each tray contains different types of steamed buns, called "baozi" (bao-dzuh). Some are filled with meat, others with mushrooms or vegetables. The plain ones, called "mantou" (mahn-toe), have a slightly sweet flavor.
