Doc Holliday
"I'm your Huckleberry!"
Johnny Ringo: [Ringo steps up to Doc] And you must be Doc Holliday.
Doc Holliday: That's the rumor.
Johnny Ringo: You retired too?
Doc Holliday: Not me. I'm in my prime.
Johnny Ringo: Yeah, you look it.

The wild west town of Tombstone, Arizona, "The Town Too Tough to Die," and it won't as long as the tourists bring in their dollars! Tombstone became famous when prospector Ed Schieffelin discovered silver in the nearby hills in 1877. It further made a claim to fame when a certain gunfight broke out at the O.K. Corral involving Wyatt Earp and a dentist turned gunslinger named John Henry "Doc" Holliday.
Today Tombstone is no longer inundated with gunslingers and prospectors but with tourists. Yet you can still encounter the dusty streets, wooden sidewalks and rowdy saloons that remind visitors of once upon a time in the West.
Enjoy the photo and the accompanying travelogue (the comments are from my favorite movie "Tombstone" starring Kurt Russell and Val Kilmer ((who should have won an oscar for his role as Doc Holliday))! Leave a comment if you like!
Happy Travels!
