Serenity 8723

Have been doing some long exposures lately with the B&W 110.

 

I have noticed during the few long exposures That I have been taking all below 2 min’s I get these little white dots on the image, I have even tried having my long exposure noise reduction on and have the same problem, any of you know what that is? And how to avoid it in camera?

 

Any feedback would be appreciated.
