Smoking! It doesnt get to temperature though.

 

Problems:

* Temperature outside is too cold,

* Wind is too fast,

 

Solution(s):

* Insulate smoke chamber with extra cardboard,

* Run under wamer and less windy conditions,

* Smoke something at a lower temperature.
