Bird Feeders are a very important part of the Amdavadi landscape. Rather, they used to be an important factor. There's a gorgeous bird feeder, with two rather scarily huge pigeon statues on it, at the Paldi bus stand, when you go towards the Kochrab Ashram. This one stands proud in Thaltej Gaam - quite a modern village in the bustling megapolis that is Ahmedabad.
